Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Contact us via WhatsApp or the contact form.

Returns

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Product should be unused, unwashed, with original tags
• Electronics must have intact seals

Refund Process

• Refund initiated within 48 hours of receiving returned product
• Amount credited to original payment method in 5-7 business days
• For COD orders, refund via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI)
