1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver across India and select international locations. Delivery availability depends on the shipping address provided.

3. Delivery Time

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this to track your delivery status.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery fails, the order will be returned to us and a refund will be initiated.
6. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
7. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day
- Orders are not processed on Sundays and national holidays
